Types of bearings and the meaning of bearing type

1. Basic code Imported bearings

A basic code used to indicate the bearing bore, diameter series, width series and type, generally up to five digits, first divided as follows.

(2) bearing diameter series (i.e., the same structure, the same inner diameter bearing in the outer diameter and width of the change in the series) with the basic code from the right of the third digit. For example, for to the heart bearing and to the heart thrust bearing, 0, 1 indicates that the special light series; 2 indicates that the light series; 3 indicates that the series; 4 indicates that the heavy series.

(2) bearing tolerance level is divided into 2, 4, 5, 6, 6X and 0, a total of 6 levels, in order from senior to low, its code / PZ, / P4 '/ PS, / P6, / P6X and / PO. tolerance level, 6X level only for tapered roller bearings; 0 level for ordinary level, in the wheel bearing code is not marked.

(3) common bearing radial clearance series is divided into 1 group, 2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups and 5 groups, a total of 6 groups, radial clearance in order from small to large. o group clearance is commonly used clearance groups, in bearing code is not marked, the rest of the clearance groups in bearing code with / CI, / CZ, / C3, / C4, / CS respectively.

3、Preceding code

The bearing's front code is used to indicate the bearing's sub-parts, with letters. For example, L indicates the separable ring of the separable bearing; K indicates the rolling body and cage assembly of the bearing, etc.
