Roller Bearing

Housing

Bearing seats are mainly divided into outer spherical bearing seats, such as vertical seat (P), square seat (F), boss square seat (FS), boss circular seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), ring seat (C), slider seat( T) and other series; some bearing seats, such as SN2, 3, 5, 6 series and SNL2 series.

Insert Ball Bearing

Insert ball bearings are actually a variant of deep groove ball bearings. The outer spherical bearing is mainly put into the corresponding bearing seat to run together, which is called the seated outer spherical bearing. This type of bearing is also designed to be self-aligning, easy to install, and has dual structural seals for operation in harsh environments. Bearing housings are generally cast. Commonly used valve seats are vertical seat (P), square seat (F), boss square seat (FS), boss circular seat (FC), diamond seat (FL), annular seat (C), slider seat ( T) etc. Therefore, the outer spherical bearing with seat is mainly divided into outer spherical ball bearing with vertical seat (UCP), outer spherical bearing with square seat (UCF), outer spherical ball bearing with diamond seat (UCFL), and spherical surface with convex seat. bearing. Stainless Bearings

Ball Bearings

It can be used on parts that bear radial load or combined radial and axial loads at the same time, and can also be used on parts that bear axial load, such as low-power motors, Automobile and tractor gearboxes, machine tool gearboxes, general machines, tools, etc.  The self-aligning ball bearing has two structures of cylindrical hole and conical hole, and the material of the cage is steel plate, synthetic resin, etc. Main uses of self-aligning ball bearings: Suitable for precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles and general machinery, etc., and are the most widely used type of bearings in the machinery industry.  Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads during high-speed operation, and consist of washer-like ferrules with raceway grooves for ball rolling. Angular Contact Ball Bearings can work at higher speeds. The larger the contact angle, the higher the axial load carrying capacity.
