Do you know how to choose the right bearing type?
We need to choose according to different loads and load directions.
(1) Bearing load:
① Ball bearings should be preferred for small or medium loads (because the main components of ball bearings are in point contact)
② Roller bearings should be used for larger loads (which can withstand larger loads and impact loads, and have small deformation after loading)

(2) Select the bearing type according to the direction of the load
①Only bear axial load: choose angular contact bearing (one-way thrust ball bearing);
② Only bear radial load: choose single row radial ball bearings (deep groove ball bearings) or tapered roller bearings;
③ Bear radial and axial alternating loads: choose tapered roller bearings, angular contact bearings, deep groove ball bearings.

(3) Axial fixation of rolling bearings (inner circle fixation method) One end of the inner ring of the bearing is usually positioned by a shoulder or a sleeve
①The shaft is fixed with a retaining ring: mainly used for occasions with low speed and small axial load;
②The shaft end face retaining ring is fixed: it can be used for high speed, large axial load, and is only suitable for the shaft end;
③Fixed by round nut and brake washer: mainly used in occasions with high rotational speed and large axial load;
④Fixing the bushing and the round nut structure: it is used to fasten the self-aligning bearing with little axial force and rotation speed on the long shaft.
