Five structural types of stainless steel ball bearings

Stainless steel ball bearings have single-row centripetal, double-row centripetal spheres, centripetal quasi-force, quasi-force, and quasi-force centripetal structures.

Single-row stainless steel ball bearings: compact, easy to use, the most widely used. Mainly used to bear radial load, but also can bear a certain amount of axial load. It can also be used in place of thrust bearings in high-speed devices. This kind of bearing has small friction resistance and high limit speed and is suitable for double-supporting shafts with high rigidity. The shaft tilt concerning the housing is allowed in the range of 8' to 16'.

Double-row stainless steel ball bearings: it has two rows of steel balls. The outer ring raceway is a spherical surface with the center point of the bearing. This kind of bearing is mainly used to accept the radial load, but also can accept the small axial load, suitable for multi-branch and burn deformation in larger transmission shafts.

Stainless steel ball bearings: capable of withstanding combined radial and axial loads with high ultimate speed. The nominal contact angles of the ball and outer ring are 12°, 26°, and 36° respectively. The contact angles can be subjected to large axial loads.

Stainless steel ball bearings: one-way and two-way. Two-way thrust ball bearings have two live rings, a tight ring, two rows of rolling bodies, and two cages. The inner diameter of the ring is 0.2 ~ 1 cm larger than the inner diameter of the ring. One-way thrust ball bearings can only withstand one-way axial load, two-way thrust ball bearings can withstand axial load in two directions. This bearing is not suitable for high-speed work, high-speed appropriate use of thrust centripetal ball bearings.

Stainless steel ball bearings: with a contact angle greater than 45°, it can withstand combined axial and radial loads. The limit speed is higher than the thrust ball bearing.
