(2) temperature sensor method: that is, when roller bearing works for less than a hectare, touch each cylinder exhaust pipe riser. If the tactile temperature is high, it indicates that the oil supplied by the cylinder is too large or the oil advance angle is too small, which leads to the consumption of gasoline and diesel, inadequate or inadequate incineration treatment.

(3) audible method: in the work of roller bearing, with the changing cone touch the main fuel injection pump body, listen to the sound of each cylinder explosion. If there is a loud fire strike, the cylinder provides too much or too early oil; if there is no fire strike, the cylinder provides too little or too late or does not work.

(4) pulse-sense method: in roller bearing work, handle to separate and touch each cylinder hydraulic oil pipe. If there is a standard pulsatile beverage touch, it indicates that the cylinder works well; if there is no significant pulsatile beverage touch, it indicates that the cylinder is not working well; if there is a pulsatile beverage touch but no regularity, it indicates that the cylinder is off oil.

(5) look at smoke color: organic exhaust smoke unusual general, divided into three kinds, namely gray-black, dark blue and milky white. If the exhaust pipe ejects abnormal organic waste gas, it indicates that each cylinder works abnormally; if the exhaust pipe ejects out intermittently, it indicates that the single cylinder works abnormally, the exhaust pipe riser can be disassembled to investigate the exhaust system of each cylinder.
