It was a 3-month long trade story and it turned out good. Our colleague Jason has received a new inquiry from the UAE. This customer is a relatively well-known local distributor, and he still has a certain professional knowledge of bearings. The early stage is some basic communication, such as product catalog, the company background, and other content. Customers will often communicate bearing-related professional questions with Jason, and Jason is also a positive answer. However, the customer has not given a complete purchase list, which makes Jason very puzzled.

Establish trust

A month later, in a phone conversation, the customer told Jason that he wanted to cooperate directly with the factory so that could reach long-term cooperation, but because of the epidemic, he had been unable to visit the factory directly in China. Our trade department is not in the same city as the factory, and we need to go to the factory. Therefore, our boss went back to the factory to assist Jason and the customer to watch the factory video. When the customer saw our factory, they gave us a sample order the next day. The customer got the samples for testing and found that they met the requirements and sent Jason a complete purchase list. Jason also made a quotation according to the demand, which involves customized requirements such as size and material.

Complete cooperation

After several quotation adjustments, the order was finalized and the deposit was paid. The factory also began to schedule production. The customer needed 2000 pieces of spherical roller bearings, so the factory took half a month to produce them. Strict testing is carried out before leaving the factory, and it will be shipped after packaging.
