1. Deep groove ball bearings

The most representative rolling bearing has a wide range of uses. It can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load. A bearing with a stop ring or flange on the outer ring is easy to locate in the axial direction and is easy to install in the housing. 2. Cylindrical roller bearings

Cylindrical rollers are in line contact with raceways, with large radial load capacity, which is suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads, and also suitable for high-speed rotation. N-type and NU-type can move axially, and can adapt to thermal expansion or installation errors. The change of the relative position of the shaft and the housing is most suitable for use as a free end bearing. NJ and NF types can bear a certain degree of unidirectional axial load, and NH and NUP types can bear a certain degree of bidirectional axial load. Inner ring or outer ring Detachable, easy to assemble and disassemble NNU type and NN type have strong rigidity against radial load, and are mostly used for machine tool spindles. 3. Tapered roller bearings

This type of bearing is equipped with truncated cone-shaped rollers, which are guided by the large ribs of the inner ring. In the design, the vertices of each conical surface of the inner ring raceway surface, the outer ring raceway surface and the roller rolling surface intersect at a point on the center line of the bearing. Single row bearings can bear radial load and unidirectional axial load, double row bearings can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load, suitable for bearing heavy load and impact load. According to the difference of contact chest (a), it is divided into small taper angle There are three types of medium cone angle and large cone angle. The greater the contact angle, the greater the axial load capacity. Main uses: Automobiles: front wheels, rear wheels, transmissions, differential pinion shafts.
