The cleaning quality of the bearing is checked by hand. After the bearing is cleaned, carefully observe that there will always be some residual oil in the inner and outer ring raceways, on the rolling elements and in the gap of the cage. During inspection, you can first scrape out the remaining oil with a clean feeler gauge, apply it to the thumb, and slowly rub it back and forth with the index finger. Finally, hold the bearing in your hand, pinch the inner ring, and turn the outer ring to rotate horizontally (large bearings can be placed on the assembly table, the inner ring is gasketed, the outer ring is suspended, press the inner ring, and rotate the outer ring) to rotate Flexible, non-blocking, and non-beating are qualified.

 

For the cleaned bearing, after filling with lubricant, it should be placed on the assembly table, with a clean cloth or paper pad underneath, and a plastic sheet on the top, ready for assembly, and it is not allowed to be placed on the ground or box. When moving the bearing, it is not allowed to directly hold it by hand. You should wear canvas gloves or wrap the bearing with a clean cloth before taking it. Otherwise, due to sweat and moisture on your hands, it is easy to cause fingerprint rust on the bearing after contact.
