A. Suffix code—cage and its materials

2. Stamping cage
J—— Steel plate stamped cage.
JN—— Deep groove ball bearing riveted cage.
Cage changes
The number added after the cage code, or inserted in the middle of the cage code, indicates that the cage structure has been changed. These numbers are only for transitional periods, for example, NU 1008M 1.
Suffix code—bearing without cage
V——Full complement rolling element bearing. Example: NU 207V.
VT - full complement rolling element bearing with isolation balls or rollers. Example: 51120VT.
B. Suffix code—Tolerance level (dimensional accuracy and rotational accuracy)

Suffix code—clearance

When the tolerance grade code and clearance code need to be expressed at the same time, the tolerance grade code (P0 level is not expressed) plus the clearance group number (0 group is not expressed) are combined to express it.
For example: P63=P6+C3, which means the bearing tolerance level is P6 and the radial clearance is 3 groups.
P52=P5+C2, indicating bearing tolerance level P5, radial clearance 2 groups.
In non-standard clearance, when special radial clearance and axial clearance are required, the relevant limit value should be expressed in μ m after the letter R (radial clearance) or A (axial clearance), and the number Use small dots to separate them.
Example: 6210.R10.20 - 6210 bearing, radial clearance 10 μ m to 20 μ m.
6212.A120.160——6212 bearing, axial clearance 120 μ m to 160 μ m.
C. Suffix code - bearings for testing noise
F3 - low noise bearing. Mainly refers to cylindrical roller bearings and deep groove ball bearings with an inner diameter d > 60mm. Example: 6213.F3.
G—— Low noise bearing. Mainly refers to deep groove ball bearings with inner diameter d ≤ 60mm. Example: 6207.G
D.Suffix code—heat treatment
S0——The bearing ring has undergone high-temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 150 ℃.
S1——The bearing ring has been treated with high-temperature tempering, and the working temperature can reach 200 ℃.
S2——The bearing ring has been tempered at high temperature, and the working temperature can reach 250 ℃.
S3——The bearing ring has been treated with high-temperature tempering, and the working temperature can reach 300 ℃.
S4——The bearing ring has been treated with high-temperature tempering, and the working temperature can reach 350 ℃.
