JRZC uses high-purity vacuum-degassed bearing steel as raw material to ensure the quality of CC-type spherical roller bearings from the very beginning. The rings and rollers are treated with Aichelin salt bath heat treatment to guarantee consistent hardness and stable performance. The hardness difference between the bearing rings and rollers is less than 1 HRC, which is 30% stricter than the standard requirement of GB/T 34891-2017.

  • CC cage ensures low friction and stable operation.

  • C3 clearance accommodates heat expansion under heavy load.

  • W33 lubrication groove supports effective cooling and long lubrication intervals.

  • High fatigue-resistant steel improves durability in harsh environments.
