Double row tapered roller bearings are designed with two rows of tapered rollers arranged in a mirror image, forming either an X- or O-configuration. Depending on the design, they share a common inner or outer ring and are precisely adjusted for axial clearance or preload using a spacer ring. This structure enables them to absorb high radial loads as well as axial forces in both directions, ensuring excellent rigidity and stability under combined loads. Suitable for medium to high-speed applications, these bearings are separable, allowing independent installation of individual rings for easier assembly and maintenance.
