Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are designed to achieve the highest radial load capacity by incorporating the maximum possible number of rolling elements. This construction provides exceptional rigidity and makes them ideal for compact, space-efficient applications. Unlike caged designs, full complement bearings can support significantly higher loads but operate at lower speeds. They are separable, allowing easy installation and removal, and are suitable for applications requiring high load resistance and structural stiffness under low-speed conditions. However, their ability to compensate for angular misalignment is limited.
