JRZC uses high-purity vacuum-degassed bearing steel as raw material to ensure the quality of CC-type spherical roller bearings from the very beginning. The rings and rollers are treated with Aichelin salt bath heat treatment to guarantee consistent hardness and stable performance. The hardness difference between the bearing rings and rollers is less than 1 HRC, which is 30% stricter than the standard requirement of GB/T 34891-2017.

  • Brass cage provides high strength and wear resistance.

  • C4 clearance supports higher thermal expansion.

  • Tapered bore (K) allows secure mounting on adapter sleeves.

  • W33 lubrication groove ensures effective cooling under heavy load.

The JRZC 23140 CCK/C4W33 Bearing features a strengthened brass cage, tapered bore (K), and C4 clearance for heavy-shock, high-temperature, or interference-fit applications. The W33 lubrication groove improves heat dissipation, making it ideal for mining crushers, high-power motors, paper machinery, and large conveyor systems.

FAQ
Q1: Why choose a tapered bore?
A1: It allows precise mounting and improved shaft stability.

Q2: When is C4 clearance recommended?
A2: When the operating temperature or interference fit is high.

Q3: Is it suitable for impact loads?
A3: Yes, the brass cage handles shock conditions very well.
